Review content:
This is the absolute WORST HVAC service I have ever had to deal with. I have scheduled 3 different appointments with them now. They didn't even have the courtesy to call the first time they had to cancel. The second time they were 2 1/2 hours late and I had to call them 4 times to get them out to my house and then they didn't do anything, they said they didn't have enough men to do the job and they would come back and do it earlier when it was convenient for me. So I scheduled a 3rd appointment and they completely blew me off again. I called them the third time it happened once and was told I would be getting a call back and never did and then I called a fourth time and they wouldn't answer the phone or respond to my voicemail. I wasted an entire weekend waiting on these guys to show up and fix my air conditioner when it's 100 degrees outside. Wont ever use them again!!!
