Review content:
Paid over $2,600 to have a berm installed and a swale replenished with soil. The berm was not seeded and therefore a good portion of it has washed away. The swale I once had, is gone, completely flattened out and therefore rain water cannot run off and instead just sits on the property. He ran his tractor over one section of the property so many times that the soil is completely compacted. It might as well be concrete. When contacted about the issues, he did come out to look, but assumed zero responsibility, and was a bit arrogant about the situation overall. Somehow I was made to feel like it was my fault.
