I hardly ever write reviews, but because of the negative review on this page, I felt the need to stand up for this company! I recently had a problem with my washing machine so I did some asking around and was referred to this company. I also printed off a coupon from their website that I was able to use! Being a woman I'm always concerned about who I let into my home and Dean made me feel so comfortable. He was clean cut, in uniform, with a great sense of humor and a contagious laugh! Such a nice guy! He was on time and was able to fix my washing machine in less than 30 mins. He also gave me helpful tips on how to keep my washer in better condition!
This is a great family owned business that I intend on coming back to if I need more work done! Thanks Dean!
P.S. The receptionist even gave me the number of their wholesaler for a new fridege I've been trying to save for! VERY NICE PEOPLE!
