Review content:
This is the worst company ever. I booked them for my wedding, they were quick to charge my credit card and then impossible to get a hold of. I had to go as far tracking down the owner of the business (he is listed on their page with the BBB) at his other business, to finally get a call back regarding the limo I booked. Apparently their phone system had been ""down"" (for about a week, on two separate numbers??) and their manager was on vacation in Florida. When she FINALLY got back to me (I think her name is AMY) 21 hours before they were scheduled to pick me up, she promised there would be no problem and I would have a limo. Day of my wedding,2 hours before they were to pick me and my bridal party up, Amy ends up calling me, on her way to the Liberty Bridge where my Limo had been in an ""accident"", they later were calling the accident ""mechanical troubles"". I had friends and family driving into the city exactly were she said the Limo was broken down... they didn't see anything. So I told her to send me another vehicle from their fleet, which they couldn't do, but she never said why. The last time I spoke with Amy, she was screaming at me and hung up the phone. The experience I had with them makes me feel like they are so poorly owned and operated, they don't care about their customers. If you want to have a good experience, good customer service, with people who actually value your business, this is NOT the company for you.
