Dear Client
I thank you for your constructive criticism and for you compliments on my photography...as a professional in this business for over fifteen years i know that it is unrealistic to reach 100% of my clients satisfaction...but i appreciate your business and i would like to see you again for a family portrait! The sales person did not deceive you,in fact you only paid about $27 per pose, button price compare to competitors who aren't even a private studio like Fashion Shots or don't even have a real location to do business,they operate from their homes... We do not force anyone to purchase anything ,especially a 40 pose package.There are packages available from one pose to one hundred pose... You loved the pictures and you chose to purchase the special,,,,as being blurry,im sorry to say its impossible,i shoot with a fabulous camera and i do use a soft filter sometimes,but all your 40 pictures can't be blurry at the same time,quality control is my rule and just by being in the viewing room with a HD screen and a mac computer and a sales person...it is IMPOSSIBLE not to see it...Thank you again and we are always here to serve you...Simone Cassin
