I noticed several negative reviews that cite high prices. I just ordered a very nice rifle from Benson's, and while the price was not as low as I would have liked, the alternative would have been to order the item online. A friend of mine also purchased a rifle from Benson's; while we were at the range he had a problem with the rifle, but when next i saw him, he said that the gentlemen at Benson's were very helpful and that he was happy with the service. That is why I chose to pay a little more; I know if I have a problem, that I can go back to the shop and expect help. Furthermore, the ammo prices I have seen are very good, the staff is knowledgeable, and I have not once had the feeling that the staff works poorly with customers.
