Came to this Branch at least twice a week. Always slow, I mean like, the workers there compete for the slowest. This afternoon, while in line two windows is open. When the third one open, one is close. When he leave his counter the other one followed. Only one window is open now. When this dude came back with his car keys in his hand. Assumed he must have gone to his car before his break time. And said to the other worker."" I can't leave for one minute"". Yes, the line has become longer. The other worker said to this dude, maybe they likes you. And this dude shoot back to this worker. Nah! because you are too slow and said ""I took 2 to 3 costumers and you can't even finish one."" The conversation was pretty loud and harsh but in a humor way that makes some in lines who understand the language laughed at what the two monkeys behind the cage trashing at each other.
Expel the Head of the Branch or Manager or Supervisor first. He or She knows the workers under him cannot perform their duty and all he or she can do is hiding in some corner. This is not only happened to my local branch. I would say every P.O in the Borough.
