Review content:
I've kept coming back (and back, and back!) after finding this spot with a LivingSocial voucher... Let me tell you, it is definitely worth it, even without the discount! After initially coming in for the glycolic peel, I graduated to the TCA peel which has been working wonders on my skin!
The entire chemical peel process is about 30 minutes and is tolerable, despite it being a little stingy (hey, we all know beauty hurts!)... The peel itself is orange colored so I leave looking a little bronzed, but that only lasts for a day. After that, my skin peels in sheets and I can definitely tell my skin is being renewed, not some minor peel or microdermabrasion that's just getting the surface layer. It probably takes me about 3 days for the majority of the peeling so I always plan to schedule my appointments on a Thursday or Friday so I can hideout over the weekend as I peel. Since my first TCA I've really had a more even complexion and notice less pesky lines creeping up on me! For those curious about the price, it's around $300 (which is reasonable from what I've seen) and I get one done every two-to-three months for the anti-aging benefits.
Aside from the treatment, one of my favorite parts of my experience is Sandra... she is AMAZING and always sends me away with some kind of lovely skincare samples to try or some new beauty hints. She is knowledgeable, personable and really tops off the spa! Would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking for visible results -- it's more geared towards that direction.
