I have visited Tuscany twice. I would rate the atmosphere as top notch, but have not been overly impressed with the food. The menu offers some dishes that may not be available everywhere else, but the quality/taste has never really impressed me for the price and all the hype. Service on my last visit was slowwwwww (several Holiday parties, but I still should not expect to wait a full 3o minutes to give a drink order). Overall a nice place, but still has room for improvement
