When they only thing you can find to recommend a ""fine dining"" establishment is the appetizer pizza, that's pretty sad. Ok. The setting is beautiful. The service was horrible -- it took 20 minutes every time to get our server's attention. And the main courses were atrocious. Maybe it was our fault for ordering beef and pork instead of pasta. They were just not good. They tasted bad. My husband and I are both very open minded when it comes to food but there was simply nothing to recommend this restaurant. There are enough other fine dining places in SLC that are good to excellent (Tiburon, LaCaille, Snake River, etc). We won't be going back and wasting our money at Tuscany. Pros: Pretty setting Cons: Food, service
