Review content:
I have to agree with the other reviews on here. Aside from being in a good location, there was nothing good about these apartments. They are outdated, never updates, never cleaned, they are crawling with bugs including hobo spiders and box-elder bugs and management would not move a muscle no matter what you report to them. I would like to think they were just targeting me for some arbitrary reason or because they didn't like me, but I spoke with all my neighbors in my building and the unanimous sentiment was that management existed only in name and did nothing. They will never fix anything you tell them is wrong or anything that was wrong from the day you moved in, and then they will have the audacity to charge you for that problem when you move out. And guess where that money is going! Not to fix the problem obviously because otherwise the places would be updated and fixed at some point. The police or security were constantly at our building or neighboring buildings checking in on the riff raff, and the management wouldn't do anything about people smoking inside other than leave notes with empty threats on doors. There were also a lot of animals left at large to run through the complex parking lot and leave feces all over. I don't actually know if there was management existing per se - other than having an automated voice mail to leave messages at, we never heard from any management except during our move in process and when we broke lease to high-tail it out of there. I would have paid three times that exorbitant fee just to get rid of that mess.
Pros: In Holladay
Cons: MANAGEMENT, bugs, thugs, smokers galore, pets at large
