Review content:
Apartments are decent sized. No balcony. Management is awful. We would get notes on OUR door (not other doors) about smoking and throwing cigarette butts on the grass! WE DON'T SMOKE!! Maybe it was the kids that were out there 20 hours a day smoking! Our kitchen flooded once because the pipe was rusted.. it took them 2 days to come over!! They have a ""fenced-in"" area which is absolutely DISGUSTING!! When we moved out we cleaned the apartment and BOTH blinds clasps(?) broke (we never used them because we were on the bottom level so we kept them closed). I called them as soon as it happened and we got charged for it!
Pros: Apartment size is okay if you don't mind having no balcony/patio..
Cons: Management, insects, smoking, trash, parking..
