Review content:
I am constantly amazed by the popularity of this place. There is a waiting list to get a seat on most evenings and I cannot imagine why. The regualr sushi (fish and rice) is overpriced and not very good and while there is an imaginative selection of maki rolls, their preparation is poorly executed. What you are served is a mound of rice, with some bits of fish and vegies in the middle and sauce poured over the whole mess. THe best sushi rolls are nice and tight, evenly cut and nicely presented. Sushi preparation here is just plain sloppy. Its like the preparers have no idea how good sushi rolls are prepared. Like I said, an imaginative selection, but they have no idea how to prepare them. Believe me, There are much better values elsewhere. Pros: cute little place Cons: , the sushi sucks
