Review content:
Although I will never return, I am giving them a two because the psychiatrist I worked with was a very nice person and very capable of listening. However, my symptoms had been under control for nearly four years, and after very slight changes in the regimen, they no longer were. It took over two weeks before they responded to my inquiries and I got a response from the doctor that basically came down to ""deal with it."" It simply is not acceptable for a physician of any kind to be unresponsive to a patient who tells him that his symptoms are not under control. This also came on the heals of nearly three weeks of getting the runaround from his office. If you are on a plan that sends you to IHC providers, I would highly recommend finding an office that is responsive to your needs.
Pros: Easier to get an appointment than most IHC mental health providers
Cons: Uncompassionate and unresponsive staff
