Okay, first of all our house was like in seriously bad shape. We knew that we were going to need a carpenter with some serious skills! My husband and I also knew that we wanted to deal with truely professional painters (We had tried other companies in the past and they did not live up to their promises). Well, Sunday rolled around and I noticed an insert in the paper for R.C. Childress Painting and Repair. Right away, we felt like they were professionals; their ad really looked like they were into details. Soooooo, I gave them a call which they returned rather fast and the lady I spoke with seemed knowledgable and caring. The man who came out to meet with us was completely on the same page as us -- He even suggested alternatives to save us money! When we received our quote in the mail we were blown away -- Everything was spelled out, easy to understand, they covered everything from beginning to end. We knew that this was the company for us! We signed a contract with them, paid our deposit, and they took care of every little detail. The price was fair, the 3 year warranty on their work lets us sleep a bit easier at night, and when we called with a few minor touch-ups, they promptly took care of them. To be honest, I am totally floored at the negative revue on here! I would use them again, have reccommended them to my friends, family, and neighbors. R.C. Childress is a seriously outstanding comany !
