Review content:
RLW is a leader in Utah Construction, there really is no doubt in that but where they fail is to utilize or see that some of their Management, Superintendents and even owners... are not even close to performing. Sometimes in projects, the construction management is complete gone. The hardest thing I saw was how the management treated the hard work men and women, no credit or thank you was ever given and at most there was a lot of backstabbing. But the positive side was the way the took there projects to another level, in all aspects.
Pros: On the cutting edge of civil and bridge construction
Cons: Lack of respect for all workers.
