I was once an agent with C21APD and thought highly of them. I knew that their property management was run separate.
I moved to Oklahoma last year so I contracted them to handle the property management. They found a tenant and took over and it really annoyed me that they would never return calls and never reply to emails.
The last straw came a few months ago when there was a problem with a bank deposit and I requested them to send me a check which they did. The following month same problem, same request but no check. I called several times and was promised that they would
""look into it"". Weeks more passed and no check and now they owed me 2 months.
I considered this a breach of contract and terminated our agreement. I took over management of the property and I requested from C21APD the 2 months back rent and the tenant's deposit. As of this writing I have received nothing. I made a complaint with the BBB and will pursue a legal ruling.
The worst part of this is I did not want to have to manage this property and would have been willing to put up with a lot.
