I admit I went to the Clinique counter at Lakeline during bonus time; however, there was ONE sales consulant on duty. There were consultants from other counters helping her ring up sales. The consultant was very attentive to my needs and helped me find new makeup I needed due to a change in my skin type. Unfortunately the product I needed was not in stock but ""would come in soon."" So I gave her my name and phone number, purchased other product and left. One month later, I still had not had a call to notify me my product had arrived so I called the Clinique counter. The consultant had no idea what I was talking about or whose book it might havev been. She called me back and the mysterious ""gayle"" (who was not working) had the ""book"" and they had no clue what I talking about. I was able to describe the product and with much reluctance was given the name of it. I made my purchase elsewhere. I will NEVER go back to Macy's Clinique counter. It is ALWAYS understaffed and has a very frequent turn over. Pros: Good product Cons: Constantly changing sales clerks
