I just paid my past due amount on my bill and once AGAIN I was over charged for a service I did not order HBO. I have asked before that this be removed as we only allowed it as a free service and never agreed to pay for it. Little "" mistakes "" add up and they keep making them over and over! I have even asked to have my service reduced due to the high charges and a strange man came and asked to be allowed in my house - not a Comcast truck and not a uniform. I am not opening my door to an stranger ""who says"" he is with Comcast. Comcast never called to say this is how a workman would arrive nor did they follow up with a question if I wanted to keep the higher priced service. I either want all the charges from HBO removed and my service reduced in charge to the amount I would have been paying since I made the request and I want a COMCAST employee in a comcast truck to come into my house to change out the ondemand. If this can be done I will stay with Comcast if not AT&T wants my business very badly!! So refund all over payments for unrequested HBO going back to the end of the free service offer and refund all over payments for OnDemand and extra channels that would have been removed when I requested had a Comcast employee made a call. Sincerely, Lynne Singerman
