Unsatisfied!! My daughter lives in NYC and ordered me a an arrangement for my birthday. It was NOTHING like the picture. She called the man and he was totally rude to her. So I called also and he was the rudest person I have evern encountered. He told me he would come get the arrangement and refused to redo it and make like the picture. 1/2 of the items were missing out of my arrangement! Then I mentioned that she had paid alot for this and he was rude enough to say to me ""what is a lot of money to you?"" I could not believe it. He told me he does not have email and therefore has NO idea what the picture looks like. This is just NOT acceptabe. He has totally refused to refund her money. Do not ever use this place. The man there definately needs an attitude adjustment.
