After waiting forever for my appointment and ordering contacts... I never received a phone call that they were ready to be picked up. I finally went up to the store 5 minutes before they closed and the door was locked, other customers were still in the store. EVERYONE completely ignored me I even had one person come right up to the door to fix something look at me and then walk away-- later to find out that he was the MANAGER of the store!! Finally another costumer came out of the store so I went in and walked up to the counter and asked for my contacts that I already paid for. When I told the man who ignored me earlier that I never received a phone call -- he asked me for my phone number and I said You do not need it, because I am not coming back here again after being ignored at the door. He then began to yell at me and it continued from there... I WILL NEVER GO BACK--- I do not recommend this store to anyone EVER!!
