Review content:
Although you cannot make a reservation for two, the bar at Majors is a great place to kill some time. The bartenders are very cool and the drinks were stiff. The wait for two on a Friday night at 8pm was only twenty minutes and it was a prompt twenty at that. The NY strip is a great cut, and the chefs at Majors cooked it well. Our waiter was extremely nice and made our dining experience all the more enjoyable. The atmosphere is typical for a steak joint and all and all the place is a good alternative to treking into Manhattan to eat at the Palm or Angelo and Maxies. I recommend Major's to anyone living on L.I. and not going into Manhattan for dinner!
