I was seriously debating on going to Cynthia Reese Tile based on the one review posted; however, a friend of a friend had her entire house done by Cynthia and raved about her total experience. I decided not to allow one person's perception to prevent me from possibly getting tile I really wanted rather than settle. First, I called, the woman who answered the phone was polite and helpful. . From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly sales personel who were not over bearing. The tile selection offered much more variety than many other tile stores. After being there for quite a while, Cynthia offered me a delicious cup of fresh brewed coffee. She was absolutely lovely! I've been to several tile stores over the past few months, and was either completely ignored, or the sales person was condescending and rude. I know the difference. I would highly recommend Cynthia Reese Ceramic Tile!
