RMS did several thousand dollars of work on my truck. There were three minor details that needed to be finished to complete the work he had agreed to do. I called dozens of times for 7 months and was repeatedly lied to about having ordered parts and when he would be able to do the work. I understand it was small work but a shop with integrity would finish what they agreed to finish, When I asked why it was taking so long to get this scheduled I was yelled at and cursed at by the owner about how my job didn't matter and he needed to pay his bills. I have never experienced such an unprovoked and unprofessional tirade from a business owner who relies on word of mouth and reputation. Needless to say the RMS sticker is off my truck and I can recommend anyone use him unless you want to be treated badly and not have your job finished.
