I recently had some work done on my truck at RMS after being referred by a friend. Well, you better hope that all the work you need gets completed the first time. I spent a decent amount of money on my truck and was looking for an additional product where Richie was going to make some money, but not into the thousands. At that point, to say I was put on the back burner would be quite the under statement. Richie personally lied to me numerous times each week telling me the part would be in later in the week. This went on for several months, not days or weeks. As you can see I'm a rather patient person. I also wish I had shopped around rather than take my friend's words for granted. I won't mention the cheaper places because I'm not writing this to plug his competition. I'm just here to warn others so they don't get treated as poorly as I did. By the way, this is the FIRST time I've ever taken the time to give a business a negative review. That's had bad he was.
UPDATE after reading the two above reviews!!!!! Its painfully obvious that the positive reviews were written by RMS themselves. They even left a positive review using their USER OWN NAME. Take a look at their reply to a previous complaint where they signed in as RMS OFFROAD. Then they go ahead and enter a positive review claiming to have had work done under the SAME USER NAME and CLAIM it was a customer review! Why didn't the customer write his own review if they were so good? Look at the dates too. The positive reviews were a day apart the first time and then on the same day the next time. They handle their reviews as intelligently as they handle their customers. RMS is a COMPLETE JOKE!
