I had the worst experience in my life when I went there. Never thought that getting some contacts can be such a horrific experience. I went there with my mom to pick up some contacts and one of the staff named Jennifer started giving us dirty looks, making condescending comments, and was just extremely rude...even screaming at us when we left!! Such out of control behavior was appalling, and frankly, I do not even know how to react to it. We weren't even helped by her and she was jumping into our conversations making unnecessary remarks. Do not go to this place. Their manager didn't even do anything when the girl was pointing and screaming at us for no reason. The manager just said he cannot tell his staff what to do. It's unbelievable. Do not go there!!
