Review content:
The horror stories about missed reservations and mistreatment by Golden Touch employees that abound on the Internet are no surprise to me. Columbia U employs this awful company to provide intercampus bus service, and the buses are rarely on time, and are generally staffed by extremely rude drivers who do not seem to feel obligated to clean their buses. The nice ones merely smell faintly of mildew and sweat; the less nice ones tend to smell of urine, an interesting feature since the bathrooms are always locked.
Steer clear!
