My friend and I recently went to NYC. When I booked our flight and hotel I also booked ground transportation through Golden Touch. Our flight ended up being delayed, but we kept in touch with them, letting them know when we would be in. Well, we didnt end up landed until 1:30am. We called the woman said to go outside and we would see the Golden Touch ""car"". We waited until the cab stand was closing and they never showed up. When we were getting ready to leave the hotel and head home again, we were waiting for them. We called earlier in the morning and was told to be outside at 2:45. We were there for 30 mins and they never showed up!!! One of the doormen even called for us to see where they were! OH, and their hold music is terrible! Think Ice Cream Truck!
Cons: cant say anything b/c they didnt show up!
