Review content:
Horrible experience. I've gone here a million times and I've never had a problem with their service except that the interior is never done quite as well as I'd hope. This time, I got The Works and the interior was still pretty dirty and the dash was still dusty. Not only that, but I had a $20 bill and about $10 in change in the car and it got stolen (I know, rookie move on my part...always take your money out when you get your car washed). It was not out in the open, nor was it anywhere they were supposed to be cleaning. I am very disappointed and will never go back. They lost a faithful customer, not to mention one who was about to spend $200 on a full detail. Their loss.?
Pros: nice cashier
Cons: stolen money, too expensive, car's still dirty
