Review content:
It's a shame (and a sham) that this place professes any customer service at all. I had a miserable experience with them. After two months of waiting for a simple order I still didn't have the glass and was never given a meaningful answer about the delays. I even dealt with the partners directly who repeatedly broke promises to call back with updates. Ultimately I had to give up and go elsewhere. Totally useless and disappointing.
Cons: Horrible customer service. I had to give up and never received a finished product.
