Several years ago I used them on occasion but stopped when they failed to show up the day I was hosting a party. I tried again. Boy, that was a mistake! The first time they came they cooked hotdogs in my apartment and had lunch ... while on the clock! They misplaced my camera ... and denied seeing it even though it is a quasi-professional, large camera. The house was cleaner but they tend to stuff things in bags or drawers so the house is more disorganized than when they started. In order to find anything I have to empty the drawers and organize myself. So why am I paying them I asked myself? I gave them another shot to redeem themselves. They showed up late today and told me they would be cleaning for 1.5 hours but I pay for 1 hour and 45 minutes. I told management and did not even get an apology for their employees trying to cheat me out of time. The rates are comparable to most cleaners in the area so I will use a company who is courteous and wants to work.
