I will never shop at Specs again! I ordered a case of wine as the shelves were empty of the bottles I was after. After 4 weeks and not hearing from the store I popped in to see the status. Nobody was interested in helping me. When I did finally manage to find someone to take a look they found the order docket in the back room. Three people discussed the order then proceeded to ignore me while they digressed and started chatting about a wine tasting. When I did manage to get one chaps attention I was again dismissed with ""we'll get back to you"" then he walked off! I could not belive it. Nobody would take ownership of the problem. The problem was ignored as was I. Appalling, absolutely appalling!
