Review content:
This USED to be a great place to live! The apartments were managed by AG Spanos and were nicely maintained. When the new company took over, the staff and attention to detail disappeared. Residents were left with dirty landings (outside their doors) and common areas. The workout room and machines are filthy. The equipment isn't properly maintained. The new staff seems nice enough... They nod, say they'll fix things but don't. The trash isn't emptied on a regular basis (common areas). The grills are gross. Equipment wipes are a thing of the past... There is no resident programming (events, newsletter, and emails). Stray animals roam the complex. The office isn't open on Sundays. This was a huge letdown... Save your money. Check out some of the newer communities instead...
