Review content:
A certain agent does not take situations into his own hands, will give you rebuttals and excuses instead of answers. No names, but he works at this office. If State Farm makes a mistake, he will tell you anything to divert you and get rid of you. Background story - State Farm made a mistake and marked an accident as ""AT FAULT"" in the main insurance database (that all companies check, it's called CLUE.) This accident was not my fault. After much arguing 6 months ago the Agent finally provided me with a ""Letter of Experience"" proving my right. However he expects me to walk around with this letter instead of getting the mistake corrected. I have to frame/laminate this just so I can get an override on any insurance quote. What about online quotes??? Whenever asked, the Agent wont even ASK, he wont even TRY, he will tell you what you need to hear to get rid of you. When speaking with various insurance agents of other companies as well as under-writers I am finding that his statements are FASLE. What's worse, is right after State Farm marked my non-fault accident as at-fault, they dropped me. What did the Agent say? ""No offense, but there was a 16 year old who had two non-fault accidents in one year, and we dropped her too. Just because it was within a year. It can be anybody so no exceptions."" Well, just goes to show you how much of a ""Good Neighbor"" they are. I will be filing with the BBB in a week if I dont hear from Tom Johnson himself who is now saying he will try to fix this. When I talk about it with anyone else in the insurance industry, they laugh. This has become a comedic experience and I know this office well. I dealt with Diana over the years and she was great (awesome!) but the other Agent has zero customer service experience. You don't speak over people, you listen, understand, and look for an answer instead of playing a game with people. This is months (actually, years) of frustration. I promise to delete this review if the situation changes. If you still see this up, understand that im still dealing with the matter.
