Building our own home was a dream....with everything starting it was fun and exciting....then over whelming and scary. The price we thought we could build for was blown out of proportion by suppliers and builders. We talked with Allen from Mr. Takeoffs Estimating and with his free advice we hired a great contractor to over see the job and with Allen's takeoff our budget was back...Mr Takeoffs Estimating saved us thousands of dollars on our materials the builder needed. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking to build.
Pros: Friendly, very knowledgeable in his field. Had several ideas on where to save our money.
Cons: couldn't think of anything negitive to say....I swear the help they gave us was great. Like a big breath of fresh air.
