I often browse the store for ideas until I needed a chest, black to be exact for my daughter bedroom. She wants to change it from youth to teen and her colors will be pink black & white. I thought I would have to by bedroom sets until a sales person corrected that thought told me to put $5.00 down to hold it until I could pick it up the next day. I was convinced that I would be getting the rest of her furniture from here as well as new living room furniture. I will say that customer service could improve just a tad bit but overall the store appearance, stock room service and customer service was 3 out of 5 stars. Keep up the good work people...and work on customer service. Everyone is not passing along the same information to customers.
