Review content:
So I needed a high-quality print of a graphic done, and the sign in the window said ""digital printing,"" so I assumed these people were professionals who knew what they were doing.
When I told the teenager they left in charge of the desk what I wanted, she acted like I was asking for some truly difficult task to be performed.
I assumed, once again, that they would take a couple minutes to print me a copy, ask me if it was suitable, and if not, reprint it till it looked the way I needed it to.
Wrongo!
The girl took my file to the computer in back, took 20 min. to print me off a poor copy of my graphic, and then told me that if I wanted anything special done to it (apparently resizing an image is considered ""special"") I would have to shell out lots of green to have one of their ""graphic artists"" work on it.
All of this I could do at home on my OWN printer with my OWN paper for less than the amount they charged me for the crappy copy they printed out.
But I don't have high quality paper or ink, so - already miffed - I asked if they could sell me some of their paper by the sheet. Apparently this was a question for the supervisor, who acted just as befuddled and clueless as the teenager.
I left with a sub-par copy and a feeling I'd been cheated by nimrods who didn't know RGB from CMYK. I won't go back there again.
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Incompetent staff, no customer satisfaction
