If you're looking for the absolute BEST Indian food you will ever have then this is the place to go. I've had Indian food from New York City to Ontario and this restaurant is the absolute ruler of them all. I'm not Indian, I'm Italian... and the best comparison for the pleasure of eating here is like having that wonderful Great Grandma who makes the world's best pasta fagioli every weekend. Homestyle North Indian cooking at it's best. The buffet is great value and quality for the price, and all of their food is always hot, healthy, fresh and delicious! BUT if you want the FULL experience, I would implore you to order directly from the menu! My favorite is the lamb saga wala with butter naan. I also highly suggest trying the mango lassi - it's like a mango-flavored smoothie. There are rarely any restaurants with this quality of food, service and attention to detail. A peek into their kitchen tells all about their cleanliness and pride for quality... Everything from the floor to ceiling seems to be wrapped in tinfoil daily! What are you waiting for?! If you read this far into my rambling you're wasting precious time!! Sahota Palace is officially endorsed and recommended by Dracker Design Studios and nBrane Cloud Development Studios. - Rob Dracker
