went to blackstone the other night had an awful experience. first of all we waited 45 minutes for a table which we reserved for 8:30pm. they didn't even offer us a drink or anything to compensate for the long wait. i heard a lot of people complaining about the wait and some were offered a round or complimentary appetizer. dinner was just ok and nothing special. i've been to their other restaurants and felt that i was treated much better. the sushi was good but not worth the price. we had to ask our server over and over again for things such as steak sauce and drinks. no one, not even the server, asked us how everything was. i guess they know.
Pros: none that i can think of
Cons: long wait, poor service, bad food
