I had a horrible experience at this place. I went when they were still located in bladensburg. The entryway was very nice and it tricked you into thinking the whole salon was nice. When I went in the back to get my hair style I was pretty disgusted. It looked unkempt, sloppy, and trashy...very different from the front. The beautician who did my hair forgot about me under the dryer for 1 hour. I had to go find her. When I did she was eating greasy chicken and asked if I wanted some. She then piled a ridiculous amount of shea butter in my hair and finished the "style". The owner wanted to charge me more because she thought the style was more elaborate than the price I was quoted. I told her I wouldn't pay the additional amount. She got angry but I refused to pay. I later found out, after going out in public to take care of errands, that there were huge white globs of product still exposed in my hair. They had let me leave looking crazy. I DO NOT recommend this place. They are terrible.
