From the moment I started planning mom's funeral arrangements with Hugh, speaking with transport of mom with Eric & Larry, and all the staff I came across...it was nothing but pure joy working with you all! During this rough and sad time in my life your voices and patience was just what I needed. Thank you for taking me under your wing and taking excellent care of my precious mom. RIP Angel 4/23/08
