WOW, CANNOT BELIEVE THE POOR SERVICE AT THE RICHMOND MI DAIRY QUEEN. I was in the drive through line at 8:40pm, store closes at 9pm. at 8:56pm was waiting to order at menu screen, 3 other vehicles also waiting in line behind me. EVERY ONE OF US IN LINE FOR 15 MINUTES. 8:59pm lights out on menu board, waited, no service, pulled up to window and knocked 7 times before an employee inside (they all looked at me and ignored) came to window. sorry we're closed, i said you've got to be kidding, i was in line way before you closed, you dont just leave customers hanging. UNBELIEVABLE, who ever was in charge at closing today should be fired. i'm a small business owner and would never - ever - treat my customers like that.
