while standing at the framing counter , when NO ONE else was around except employee and my 2 children (8 and 10), I set myh purse on the counter to pick out 3 frames and stood right next to it or had it in eyesight the entire time. Upon going to pay, I was horrifed to learn that my wallet had been lifted straight out of my purse. I actually believe it was the employee, b/c my children were there, and none of us saw anyone else around. Strangely, the employee was completely non-plussed by the incident. no one apologized, no one offered to call the police, etc. They don't even have a camera system in the store for the police to review (which they requested). It was an incredibly strange and upsetting event, moreso by the couldn't-care-less attitude of the manager and employee.
