This shop, though in Barrington, you would think would be known for class. I have seen none of that in my experience with A'Lamour. My bridesmaid dress order was completely messed up - wrong color came in 5 weeks prior to my wedding. Not only did they not apologize, the manager told me I could always ""use the black dresses if they didn't come in"". Throughout the rest of the process, I had to hold THEIR hand to get the order processed. That is not customer service. For a small boutique, they should have been holding my hand! Also, I was told when the dresses did come in, that ""this sometimes happens."" A mixup on colors of bridesmaid dresses one month before the wedding! Unbelievable. Enough to make an already frantic day more frantic. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!
