It's funny that I came across this website after I had visited the bridal boutique. It wasn't until after I purchased my dress there, that it dawned on me that I should have read some reviews. I was really amazed at all the negative comments that were placed here. My consultant was Flo and from the moment that I walked out of the boutique until this day, she has been nothing but very professional, pleasant, and helpful! She assited me every minute I was there! Given so many different wedding gowns, it can be overwhelming to choose what you like. Flo actually sat me down to look through a book of dresses and asked that I select the ones that I liked. I took in my own pages that I had seen in magazines. She didn't carry a few of the exact dresses that I liked but she did tell me she had similar ones. She basically asked me to point out what I liked about each one and then she pulled out her own dresses based on the details I liked about the dresses. One of the pictures of a dress I liked in a magazine, they did have.
Pros: great selection, great customer service, attentive service
Cons: a little on the pricey side
