Review content:
Be sure to ask for Rhonda, who was absolutely amazing. We had problems with a boutique in St. Louis, so we called A L'Amour and did everything over the phone or fax. The dresses arrived gorgeous, perfectly packed, etc. But the big thing is that when a disaster struck (the seamstress from hell in St. Louis ruined five dresses by hemming them four inches too short!), A L'Amour came to the rescue big time. They ordered replacements for us, but since it was eight weeks until the wedding it was too late. Without our even asking, A L'Amour then CALLED THE DRESS DESIGNER IN NEW YORK! They begged for them to sell fabric and even had them ship it overnight. We found a great seamstress/dress designer in St. Louis who used the fabric to add a pretty ruffle to the underskirt, and the dresses were gorgeous again. I know if we had used another salon we would have had major trouble. Three different people at A L'Amour helped us out, including our salesperson Rhonda, another salesperson and the buying manager. Without their help, we never would have made it through this. I would recommend them to anyone. Our whole experience was great. I can't believe some of the other reviews I read on this website. I think a few bridezillas must have been writing them because our experience was wonderful. Happy wedding!
Pros: Incredible customer service
