THANK YOU times one hundred, Mr. Filling! I had been stopped by a cop for having one headlight off/burned out. That was my reason for being at Russel Toyota. Upon my arrival, I began my usual explanation about-- please tell any repair men-- Do NOT wind down this window at all-- it's BROKEN. At that, your Mr. Dan Moses told me how that needed to be fixed! I tried to tell him that I was not about to buy a door (as advised). Still, somehow Dan got with a ""Pat"" in the Service area. This man, Pat--he knows his stuff--he does, Mr. Filling! It took Pat some time, yet against all odds, Pat managed to get that window working like new (up & down)!
