I ordered from China Garden last Sunday - I wanted delivery. First, it took over an hour for the food to arrive. Secondly, the food was disgusting! I ordered the ""fresh"" spring rolls - took one bite and spit it out and threw both of the spring rolls away, they were mainly stuffed with white rice, with a small amount of vegetables, the wrap was a slimy, doughy consistency, and taking a bite was unpleasant. I also ordered a small order of Sweet and Sour Chicken, now at first glance I thought it was a big portion for a small order - but then I cut into a piece of the chicken, it was mostly batter with a TINY square piece of chicken in the center, I took a bite, it wasn't as poorly tasting as the spring rolls, but again it was ALL batter! Also ordered was Crab Ragoon, alot of batter that tasted stale, and the cream filling just was bland. Lastly, was an order of Shrimp Pad Thai - this was the least offensive side, but again wasn't by any means delicious - AND there were maybe 5 pieces of shrimp in the entire dish.
So after looking forward to some tasty Chinese Food to hit the spot - I had to throw it away and got a major stomach ache all to a tune of $30!! And to make matters worse, I called them on Tuesday (I tried Monday but they are closed on Mondays - and when I tried Sunday night they were closed) and spoke to an employee there and told them the story - they didn't care. She told me she eats the food all the time and always loves it (of course) and they have had the same chef for years so nothing changes - total BS - and when I asked for ANY type of compensation, she said NO. I will NEVER eat there again!!!
