Review content:
We were promised a refund and they never provided it to us, wouldn't even return our calls. Poor Customer Service, Games provided were in Poor condition.
We hosted a party for 300 people, we were excited to find a Family Entertainment to rent our 80's arcade games. They requested that we pay up front in full and we did. On the night of our event, one of the games arrived broken, so they took it back, at that moment we were promised a full refund for the game. I have contacted Bobby our sales rep and Bonita in accounting weekly for 3 months requesting the refund for the broken game as promised a total of $560. They took our money up front but will not honor the refund for the broken machine which inconvenienced us for the evening.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT AND BUYER BEWARE!!!! We plan to take Family Entertainment to small claims court to collect our refund, buyer beware!
