I have been going to Ciana for many years and I have always had a very positive experience. I have received most of the spa services that they have to offer and I have been completely satisfied with each one. For the past year I have been seeing Heather for various waxing needs. She is always on time for my appointment, and a very efficient esthetician. When she waxes me, she never leaves any hair, and she is very detailed oriented. I have also seen Melanie for my hair and she listens very well, doing exactly what I ask her to. I would definitely recommend Ciana for Spa and Salon sevices.
